Sheep Herding Instinct Test Day for GSD's
(With Certification for successful dogs)
Why not see if your German Shepherd Dog is still capable of its original function ?
To be held on Saturday 11th September 2010, in Pickering, North Yorkshire.
Limited to 12 dogs, the day will consist of Registration, Part 1 of test outside round pen of sheep followed (if appropriate) by Part 2 of Herding Instinct Test inside the pen.
Successful candidates will receive a "Pass" Certificate of Herding Instinct for their dog. Others may require more work.
Although invited for either a morning or afternoon session, everyone will be welcome to spectate during other tests.
Cost for day and assessment : £20.00 (to include tea / coffee during the day, but please bring own lunches)
£5.00 non-returnable deposit required on booking.

No previous experience necessary, but basic control including leadwork and recall or distant 'down' recommended, as this is a working farm. Please follow the Country Code.
